I support renovation and residential development projects in Belgium, particularly in Walloon Brabant and Brussels, from the earliest stages.
Every assignment begins with a study of your project: your objectives, an analysis of the land where relevant, an assessment of the property’s potential and a review of the applicable urban planning requirements. This preliminary work helps inform your decisions, including before an acquisition.
For renovation, the focus is on the existing property and the works to be considered for a house or apartment. For residential development, the assessment addresses the opportunities and constraints of the land or property in relation to your intended project.
On this basis, I support the selection of the professionals involved, coordinate their contributions and monitor progress, budget and schedule through to property delivery. The scope of my support is agreed with you according to the needs of the project.
